Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Donna, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Donna does

Donna is an AI-powered executive assistant that helps you track BNI contacts, draft follow-up messages, view your calendar, and manage your networking workflow.

3. Donna never sends messages on your behalf automatically

Donna will not auto-send any WhatsApp messages, emails, or other external communications without your explicit approval. Every draft Donna creates is presented to you for review. You must tap "Send" or otherwise explicitly confirm before any message leaves Donna. If you believe a message was sent without your consent, contact us immediately at hello@xceedgrowth.com.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Donna to send spam or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Attempt to access another user's data.
• Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
• Use Donna for any unlawful purpose.

5. Service provided as-is

Donna is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated drafts will be accurate or suitable for any particular purpose. Always review AI output before use.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xceed Growth Philippines shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Donna, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or reputation.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of Donna is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Changes to the service

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes via Telegram or email.
